Technical Specification

Galvalume steel is a Zinc aluminum Coated steel offering high resistance with a clear resin coating. The alloy coating comprises of 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc and Silicon 1.5%. This coating offers a superior barrier protection against varried atmospheric conditions. The Coating Class AZ150 as per AS:1397/ASTM A-792 it means 150gsm. Minimum coating mass total of both sides. Galvalume sheets are available in 550 mpa yield strength.

Hi-Rib Profile

Hi-Rib sheeting is a modern, attractive, versatile roof or wall cladding manufactured from Hi Tensile steel material, enhancing its performance under both Point Load and Distributed Load. It is fastened with mechanically galvanized hex head self drilling screws with washer & EPDM Seal. It is also available in crimped curved shape to give a building unique aesthetic look.

Standing Seam Profile

Seam belongs to the family of standing seam roofing system where the roof sheets are fixed to the structure without punching the sheets with the help of specially designed seam clips. The clips used in the system have movable features allows the panel to expand or contract with temperature & also resisting the wind uplift forces. The special clip seaming technique ensures leaks free roofs for many years. Standing Seam galvalume sheets are available in 345 mpa yield strength.

Decking Profile

It is used as a composite floor system and easy to install, which makes it a preferred choice. It gives immediate access to a working platform and requires no stripping after concrete curving. It has negligible propping compared to shippable frame supports.

RCA / GI for composite slab construction that cuts down on slab thickness and dead weight of buildings.
No separate frame work required for slab casting.
Reduces construction time and thus is cost effective.
The embossments on top & sides of the ribs provide added grip ad minimize slip by creating a bond with concrete as done with normal reinforcement.

Mezzanine

Intermediate mezzanine floors are possible in metal buildings. Mezzanine floors can be provided in complete or partial area in Pre-Engineered Buildings to suit loading requirements for office and storage. Mezzanine floor consists of steel decks, supported by joists framed to the mezzanine beams. Mezzanine main beams normally runs across the width of the building and are located under the main rafters while joists run parallel to the length of the building, the top flange of the joist fit perfectly below the top flange of the mezzanine beam. The economy of the mezzanine floor is affected by the applied load and support column spacings. Multi-level equipment platforms, catwalks, staircases etc. can accommodated, if complete data is available.
